Across the delis of New York City, you will find huge, plastic-wrapped, black & white “cookies”. Skip these, they are but poor imitations of the true thing! Instead, search out the true Black & White cookie, a soft, cake-like cookie with a chocolate and white fluffy frosting, at Moishe’s Bake Shop or William Greenberg Desserts. Because of its iconic value to New York City, we felt that an ornament of this cookie belonged in our New York Landmark Collection. We’ve added NYC in crystals to the front of our cookie to add a bit of Broadway sparkle.
