Return Policy
Landmark Creations makes every effort to please you with every order. But, if an item does not make you smile, we will happily accept its return for a refund, excluding shipping charges, for up to 15 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused and returned to us in their original packaging. Please ensure that any return is packaged safely. If an ornament is returned to us and it is broken or missing any parts, we will not be able to issue a refund. Refunds are processed promptly. To initiate a return, please email us at CustomerService@Landmark-Creations.com.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at CustomerService@Landmark-Creations.com with your name, order number and a photo of the damage and we will straighten this out right away!
Shipping Rates
Orders usually ship within 24 hours during the business week. At "check out" you will see a shipping icon with "Shipping Options & Delivery Estimate" which will allow you to choose your shipping options. You will receive an email with tracking information within an hour of shipment.
